Welcome.

Here at Oasis Yoga Studio, we strive to provide high-quality yoga and fitness at an affordable price. We firmly believe that yoga is beneficial for every-BODY. Our judgment-free zone allows for yogis to improve their physical practice, deepen a personal mind-body-spirit connection and be a part of something bigger, commUNITY.

Our mission.

Oasis Yoga Studio offers a safe community space for inner exploration, growth and empowerment of the mind, body and spirit through movement, breath and healthy lifestyle practices.

Your personal expansion.

Yoga is the union of mind, body and soul through the pairing of breath and movement. It is more than postures, it’s connection to past, present and future versions of ourselves. Yoga strengthens and stretches our bodies and can bring balance through consistency. Yoga was created as a meditation and the postures a tool to keep the mind focused and in the present. Asana offers physical benefits that can support a healthier lifestyle.

Whatever yoga is to you, we are honored to guide you on your journey.
