New year’s resolutions rarely stick.

Join us throughout 2025 for our first every, Oasis Wellness Project. Our 365-day studio experience will take you beyond new year’s resolutions and into sustainable changes with accountability, self-study, wellness and PRIZES!

During the project you will be presented with monthly wellness practices both in studio and off the mat, that will guide you through Ayurvedic principles of holistic wellness and living as well as incorporated physical fitness training for strength. Come gain flexibility, increase strength and endurance and learn strategies to eat, live and coexist with mental, physical and spiritual wellness. 

Grand prizes will be raffled off in a drawing at the year-end celebration!! They are:

Get ready to move, stretch, and have fun in this energetic and creative yoga class! Designed for kids ages 5-11, this class will take youth yogi's on a journey of imagination while building strength, flexibility, and focus.

Together, we'll explore animal poses like Downward Dog, Cobra, and Butterfly, and learn how to breathe deeply to calm our minds.

With a mix of games, songs, and stories, this class encourages kids to use their imagination while learning mindfulness and body awareness. It’s the perfect way for little ones to stretch, giggle, and feel their best!

Drop-in rates are $13 per students, or all 8 classes for $88 (saves $2 per class).

Series class packs are non-refundable or transferable and are valid for the current season only. Spring season runs through March 17th - May 5th.

This yoga class is all about finding balance, building strength, and creating calm—both on and off the mat. Perfect for teens (ages 12-17), this class blends movement with mindfulness to help you manage stress, increase flexibility, and feel empowered.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll work through a series of poses that build strength, focus, and body awareness, while also learning techniques to calm your mind and improve your mood.

With a supportive environment, you'll leave feeling more connected to yourself and ready to take on whatever life throws your way.

This eight-week progressive series explores a calming pranayama (breathwork) for presence followed with a guided yoga nidra through the main energy centers of the body known as chakras.

Chakras govern different emotions, energy and movement. When we retain patterns that keep us in a loop, discomfort can begin to settle. It can come in physical, mental, energetic and spiritual forms that overtime can feel like fatigue, disconnection, anxiety or similar states of being.

In this series you will learn to connect with the seven main energy centers, and develop a practice bringing in balance to your day.

Yoga Nidra is a deep rest technique that guides the student into a space where the body can find a nervous system rest. Scientific studies indicate that practices like yoga nidra can support heart health, reducing anxiety, depressions and ptsd symptoms, as well as helping to foster deeper self-connection.

Come exercise the mind and learn stillness for peace in this safe studio container of self-study.

Sound baths with Candis offer a unique and immersive experience that promotes relaxation and healing through sound therapy. Candis creates a serene environment filled with soothing vibrations from various instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. Attendees lie comfortably on mats, allowing the gentle sounds to wash over them, helping to release stress and tension. The calming atmosphere encourages participants to let go of their daily worries, making it easier to connect with their inner selves and enhance their overall well-being.

The resonant tones blend harmoniously with Candis's ethereal melodies as she guides participants on a meditative journey, encouraging mindfulness and introspection. Each sound bath is a unique experience, tailored to the needs of the group, often incorporating elements of intention setting and guided meditation. By the end of the session, participants often feel rejuvenated, centered, and aligned, leaving with a profound sense of peace and clarity that lingers long after the final note has faded.

Square Yoga: A Breath-Led Flow for Deep Presence

What happens when breath is fully integrated into every movement for an entire class? Square Yoga explores that question by combining square breathing—inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4—with yoga flow, all guided by a continuous 60 bpm soundscape. No counting, no distractions—just a seamless rhythm of breath and movement.

This practice isn’t just about poses; it’s about presence. As the breath leads, the mind quiets. Energy builds, flows, and settles in a way that feels both grounding and expansive. By the time you land in savasana, there’s a buzzing stillness, a tangible sense of prana moving through you.

Join us for a transformative, hands-on training designed to equip you with everything you need to confidently lead sound baths in personal or professional settings.

This immersive 2-day workshop explores the art and science of sound healing—a powerful wellness practice that uses vibrations and frequencies to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and spiritual growth.

Through experiential learning, you’ll develop your skills in playing singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound healing instruments to create meaningful and therapeutic experiences for yourself and others.
