Sunday, February 2nd from 6pm - 8pm Sunday, February 23rd from 6pm - 8pm

Let's move through the emotions pent up in our bodies by moving freely together! Throughout our weeks, feelings and experiences can become trapped; let's release them through the power of movement and dance.

This is a non-judgmental environment where dance has no specific form, just move as you need to the music wherever it guides you. Lets be silly, and engage in play to be rid of anything pent up in the body that needs release.

Dance, laugh, cry whatever you need, everyone is accepted and encouraged to bring their most authentic self and ecstatically dance the daily stress away.

Join Remie on February 2nd & 23rd at 6pm. $10 per person.

When we are in pain or anxious, we tend to avoid and/or intellectualize our pain away. Reiki is one of the best ways to bring ease and healing back into the whole body. Most reiki clients report sleeping really well after a session, so be prepared to rest.

Come with your yoga mat, your journal and a pen. And dress comfortably as Amie leads you into a gentle meditative state and guides you through each of your energy centers, showing you how to clear blocked or stuck energy and create more flow in your life. There will be time for reflection on our practice and answering any questions you might have.

Reiki energy healing harnesses the energy you already hold inside of you to help create flow, rest, and healing. Reiki is not a religion and dates back to ancient Japanese healing traditions. It is safe and effective for every body, even animals. All levels of reiki practice are welcome and encouraged. This is a great place to start if you are new to reiki.

Amie and Hilary share the love in creating healing spaces and guiding others in how to be in their bodies more and love themselves well again.

FREE Event on February 7th from 6:30-8pm.

Limited spaces available.

Candis, the Holistic Alchemist, offers transformative sound baths that create a serene and healing environment. Her sessions are designed to promote deep relaxation and inner peace through the use of various sound instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. Each sound bath is a unique experience, blending soothing vibrations that resonate with the body and mind, allowing participants to release stress, heal emotional wounds, and connect with their inner selves.

Candis emphasizes a holistic approach, integrating elements of mindfulness and meditation into her practices. Participants often describe her sessions as both rejuvenating and enlightening, as they embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. The calming atmosphere, combined with the therapeutic sounds, fosters a sense of community and connection among attendees, making each sound bath not just a personal experience, but a shared journey toward wellness.

Bring your mat, water, journal and any other items that will make you feel at home as you are guided to your Oasis.

Held seasonally on Saturdays at 10am. Next series start on February 1st!

Our Beginner's Yoga series is a great place to start if you are new to the practice, restarting or need to revisit the basics. In this 6-week progressive series you will visit foundations of both philosophy, breathwork, movement and meditation. Students will be introduced to the 8-limbed path of yoga and how to incorporate the principles both on and off the mat.

Each class will introduce segments of the seasonal Oasis flow that can be found in the Beginner's Yoga class (held the same day and time between each 6-week series), and the intermediate variation - Hot Oasis Yoga.

Each week postures will be added as we approach week six where a full 60-minute flow will be led. Students will also learn to incorporate blocks, blankets and other props into their practice.

This class may require sitting for 30-minutes at a time as well as twisting, flexion and extension of the spine, weight bearing on joints of the upper body and standing postures for balance.

Experience our signature seasonal workshop to build your practice towards other class offerings. For workshop to be held a six-class minimum is required. $120 per person. Registration is non-refundable 48 hours prior to first class start date.

Legacy Members save 50% with code BEGINNER.

Compassion is a process of cultivating interconnection to the heart, or anahata chakra. During this partner stretch, explore compassion for yourself and let it extend through partner stretching facilitated by Courtney, before settling into a 30-minute harmonic sound bath.

Partners are not required for attendance and connecting with new people can be apart of the experience. Bring your mat and explore compassion this Valentine’s Day.

Doors open 15 minutes prior to start time. $35 per person.

New dates coming soon!

This 8-week series explores pranayama techniques for presence, followed with a seated meditation and based on the seven main chakras.

Chakras are energy centers in the body that govern different organ systems and emotions within. When we retain patterns, emotions, life experiences and more, energetic blockages can occur causing things like fatigue, illness or other discomforts.

For seven of the weeks, we will focus on one of the energy centers of the body for a practice of observation and compassion.

> Week one: Intro to breathwork and meditation > Week two: Mulhadhara (Root) Chakra > Week three: Swadhisthana (Sacral) Chakra > Week four: Manipura (Solar Plexus) Chakra > Week five: Anahata (Heart) Chakra > Week six: Wisuddha (Throat) Chakra > Week seven: Ajna (Third Eye) Chakra > Week eight: Sahasrarar (Crown) Chakra

Come exercise the mind and learn stillness for peace in this safe studio container of self-study. Next series starts 9/28/24.
