From this foundation, our offerings invite you to explore the rhythms of cyclical living through the lens of Ayurveda. Each season brings a refreshed schedule of weekly group classes — including donation‑based and complimentary options — along with holistic workshops centered around our signature course, Between the Mat. We expand into whole‑food cooking sessions, skincare and wellness workshops, book circles, teacher trainings, and immersive experiences, including our Gem State yoga retreats.
Our core practices include Hatha and Vinyasa, with Yoga Nidra and Breathwork returning each spring as part of our renewal series.
