Tucked in the serene landscape of Garden Valley, Idaho, this 4.5-day retreat is your invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself, and the ancient wisdom that lives both within and around you. Rooted in the healing traditions of yoga and Ayurveda, this immersive summer experience offers a blend of movement, nourishment, nature, and self-inquiry designed to guide you back into balance, physically, mentally, and energetically. If you are feeling depleted, overextended, or simply ready for to unplug and retreat to nature, this experience offers the tools and space to rediscover your unique inner equilibrium and carry that feeling into the second half of your year.

> Daily yoga sessions with Allison and Hilary— grounding, flowing, and deeply attuned to the summer season’s energy via Hatha, Yin and Yoga Nidra.

> Ayurvedic living sessions to explore your unique energetic makeup (dosha) and how to support it through daily rhythms.
